"Tourista In Africa"

I've finished a few more map collages and have enjoyed

getting back to the studio.  My winter map pretty much

summarizes how I'm feeling about the extremely cold weather

we've had this month. Is it still February?

Yesterday the sun was out and we had a really nice day.

To add to it, my artist friend Paula came by

for another art date, always a mood lifter.

I made the "Africa" map above; the photos are original

from a photo album I picked up at an estate sale.

Today was chilly again, but I had a good afternoon's work

in the studio map making. More photos to come
