Everything Carries

I finished this 12x6 little painting over the weekend. It seems
I am wanting to place objects or figures in my "atmospheric" pieces.
This one reminds me of  lines from a Pablo Neruda poem,
If  Your Forget Me:

"---everything carries me to you,
as if everything that exists,
aromas, light, metals,
were little boats
that sail
toward those isles of yours that wait for me."

Hi Marie, can't find your email anywhere... you are so welcome.. about the FB share... and yes you can feel free to comment... I think it is a stunning piece of work, I am afraid that I could not be rational enough to do something that clear concise and moving... x
