"Mud Luscious and Puddle Wonderful"

This is what's on my easel today: diptych on 2 canvas' 12x24.
I am liking the "spring" palette, just in time for the vernal equinox!
It reminds me of ee cummings poem In Just:

In Just-
spring when the world's mud-
luscious the little
lame baloonman

whistles far and wee

when the world is puddle wonderful

and bettyandisabel come dancing

from hop-scotch and jump rope and

it's
spring

(I didn't quote the full poem and apologies to cummings for not printing it exactly as it is written, but you get the idea!)

I am glad to be back in studio once again, puttering and making paint luscious trails and errors.
Happy Spring everyone!

Thanks so much Carole! It's snowing today, we've had a foot or so over the week end. Still my spring palette helps me to remember seasonable temperatures!
