I made this painting on Sunday
listening to Salsa and Jazz!
It is a diptych on two 24/18 canvass panels,
acrylics and gesso.
Fun to just let go!
This digital image seemed to resonate with
the above painting: there is a ripple
effect to everything.

This sounds like a wonderful inspiration to ease myself back into the regular studio time. I have just completed four months of intensive outreach here at our Dawes Arboretum. "Whispers in the Trees" opened the APGA conference last week with 350 visitors who really seem to enjoy this unique installation. Thanks Cat! There have been pre-evacuation warnings as close as Palmer Lake, but things seem to be holding steady.
