I've been away helping my sister with some house
painting. I know there is an art
to this, but mostly it is tedious
and time intensive, where preparation
is crucial,
and the reward
is a job well done.
(Hmmmm! Similar to studio painting!)
While there, I discovered
the calligraphy inside uncovered electrical
boxes, neatly wrapped wires
revealing the electrician's signature.
I enjoyed altering the photos
I took when I returned.
The lesson here is art
is where you find it.
The most mundane objects
offer magical inspiration.

Magical inspiration for sure!
What a nice sister you are to help your sister paint.
Thanks Carole! I'm always looking for inspiration, especially while doing chores!
You certainly had fun with those electrical wires. That's one of the many countless things I love about you - your ability to find and SEE art absolutely anywhere; everywhere. No moments or experiences are wasted or lost for you - you find the art and beauty around you, in every glance. Oh, I have so much more to learn from you..............
