Lately more and more of my work is favoring red. Bright red. Red upfront and center. Red. Red. Red! I am not a student of astrology, but I figure that Mars currently stationed in Leo, (my sun sign), is as good an explanation as any. I like the symbology of these two high powered energies mixing it up. (In the most positive sense, courage and creativity are at play and/or working and fighting for a noble cause.

This portrait literally came out of the blue, totally unplanned! I was so surprised to see Aries appear. (Aries is ruled by Mars!)
