I have recharged my creative batteries with an ATC (art trading card) boost! This coming Saturday will be the 6th year of the Halloween trade at the Denver ATC Core group. I have a very large notebook filled to bursting with pages of ghosty and goblin cards and I am looking forward to some freshly spooky trades.
This year I came up with creepier than usual (for me) images. I even scared myself!
I think I was influenced by the HBO series "True Blood" which I've watched since it's inception.
(This summer's series was so over the top creepy, as was the first Dexter of the season!)

I would not want to meet these ghostly girls on a dark night out here in the woods!

For comic relief, I made a batch of El Dia De Los Muertos cards. It is always fun to dance around with death no?

The girls are great Marie, love them! I certainly wouldn't want to stumble over them on a dark night either!I love the Day of the Dead inspired artwork. It's always a riot of colour and fun. Nothing at all like it here so I choose to live vicariously through my arty friends for these fixes. Love the last spooky girl with the tray!
fun work Marie! love your creepies and your DOD happies are wonderful! my favorites though are the two ghostly girls!
