Farewell Camelot

The saga of the Kennedy family is one of the great epics of our time. I was 14 when John F. Kennedy was assassinated and it has marked my perspective of politics and leadership. The three brothers, John, Bobby, and Teddy were all blessed with good looks , charisma and the vitality most of us crave as our own. They were all three flawed and human as well. But in spite of their tremendous power and wealth, all three gave their life's work to public service. They lived their mother's axiom: "To those whom much has been given, much is expected." The Kennedy brothers gave back earnestly, genuinely working to improve our country and the lives of the least among us not for political gain or re-election but because they truly cared. An era has died.
Goodbye Teddy. You will be missed.
