Dreaming Up Desert Landscapes

 Dusk Along The Trail
My photos from my recent trip out west
leave much to be desired! I had fun
altering them with lots of layering
and saturation enhancement. All the while
I was on the road, looking at the often bleak
and colorless landscapes, I thought of all
the digital tools that I use to "perk up"
my photos, and so I clicked away.

Sunset Over I70 West
I am pleased with the results,
otherworldly, and yet painterly!

Mirage of Native Spirit
The native American colors were
a surprise!  Which leads me to wonder
if color enhancement comes naturally
to primitive insight and perception.

Marie, I really like the first one especially and I got to see my friend Sarah Fishburn when I went back home last weekend and she told me how much she loved your art and enjoyed meeting you... someday we will meet up in person..
