1. Detail of new collage painting, "The Long Way Home": gesso, acrylics, alcohol ink, painted papers and cardboard, molding paste.
2. Detail2:I worked and reworked this piece so many times I thought for sure it was a scrapper until some nice textures and marks begin to appear .
3. Detail3: I kept ripping off paper that I'd glued on & discovered this "saved" photo transfer of a vintage cowgirl. Suddenly, the title of the painting was evident.
